Fly the practical PIREP
Start ACARS before you push back and leave it running to the gate:
the flight is checked from what ACARS records, so a sector flown with it switched
off cannot be counted afterwards. When the PIREP is accepted, route, aircraft type
and the rest are matched against the items below automatically.

Complete one long-range flight or substantial long-haul sector showing sound fuel, route, and arrival management.
What to fly: aircraft type B777 — 777 Freighter (Martinair VA), B777-300ER (Air France VA), B777-300ER (KLM VA), B777F FDX (FedEx VA), CHZ B777F (Challenge VA) · at least 3 h block time · at least 1200 NM.
2. Heavy Arrival Evaluation
Demonstrate a stable heavy arrival with proper energy control, briefing discipline, and safe landing or correct go-around decision.
What to fly: the same aircraft and conditions as the item above.
