Troubleshooting
My flight did not count towards my contract
Open My contracts. If the leg was rejected there is a red block saying exactly why. The two usual reasons:
Wrong route. The contract wanted one pair of airports and you flew another. Fly the right one — the contract is still yours.
Aircraft too small. The leg has more freight than that aircraft can carry. Take a bigger one.
If there is no red block, your report is probably still waiting for review. Nothing counts until it is accepted.
My report is still pending
Reports are either accepted automatically or reviewed by hand, depending on your rank. Waiting is normal.
While it waits, nothing has happened: no pay, no hours, no contract progress. A contract deadline keeps running.
I cannot book a flight
You probably have a booking already. Check Pilot Center → My Bids and drop the old one.
If a contract booked a leg for you, that counts as your booking.
I cannot accept a contract
The message says why. The usual ones:
- You already have an active contract. One at a time. Finish or drop it.
- Needs reputation N. Not yet trusted with that cargo.
- Your heaviest aircraft carries N t. Nothing in the fleet can lift it.
- You already have a flight booked. Drop the booking first.
The board looks empty
Turn off Only what I can take — it hides everything your reputation or your fleet cannot reach.
Otherwise the board refills every hour.
My contract finished but I was not paid
This is a known and recoverable case, not a lost cause. Paying is kept separate from counting the legs on purpose, so that a failure in one can never undo the other.
Give an administrator the contract reference — the CTR-... code. There
is a button that fixes it, and it cannot pay twice.
My reputation went down and I do not know why
Every change is recorded with a reason. Ask an administrator with your pilot name and they can read it back to you.
The usual causes are a hard landing, a low flight score, or a contract that was dropped or expired. See Reputation.
My balance is smaller than I expected from a contract
The big number on the card is the freight value or ticket revenue — what the customer pays the airline. Your pay is worked out from your hours in the air, and it is shown right next to it as Your pay.
Both are on the card exactly so this is not a surprise. See Money.
Something else
Ask in Discord, or an administrator directly. If it is a fault rather than a question, say what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead — those three sentences save a lot of guessing.
