Leaderboards and stats
The monthly boards
On the dashboard, four boards, top five each, for the current month:

They reset on the first of the month. A quiet month does not follow you into the next one, and one good month does not sit at the top forever.
Only accepted reports count. A report waiting for review has not counted yet — it will appear once it is approved.
The landing board is not like the others
Three of the four reward doing more. The landing board rewards doing it well, and it is the only one a new pilot can win in their first week.
It uses your average, so one hard landing among many soft ones barely moves it — and one lucky greaser will not put you on top either.
Company statistics
Menu → Company → Statistics. Totals for the whole airline: flights, hours, distance, busiest routes and airports.
Pilot roster
Menu → Company → Pilots. Everybody flying here, with their rank and hours. Menu → Welcome → Pilots is the public version of the same thing.
Your own numbers
Pilot Center → Profile — your logbook, hours, rank and awards.
Dashboard → How you fly — four gauges over your last fifty flights. The honest mirror: landing rate, sticking to plan, fuel, score.
Passport — countries you have landed in, stamped on first arrival.
Awards — Menu → Company → Awards lists what exists and what you have.
What does not appear on any board
Reputation and money are private. Neither is ranked publicly.
Reputation is between you and your airline, and turning it into a competition would push people to chase the number instead of flying carefully. Balance is nobody's business.
